The Māya Block Printing Workshop
In our Berlin atelier, teams explore block printing and textile design through a calm, guided studio process.
Working with hand-carved wood blocks and eco-friendly inks, teams explore pattern, rhythm, and composition creating unique, one-of-a-kind designs on textiles.
The session moves between demonstration and individual exploration, allowing each participant to develop their own textile.
Our FLOW test print challenges are a highlight of the experience.
Each participant leaves with a collection of test prints and a finished textile piece.
No prior experience required.
A shared textile piece for the team can be included upon request.

The Atelier
Atelier Māya is a Berlin-based textile and design atelier working at the intersection of craft, design, and research.
Our block printing workshops draw from global textile traditions and ongoing material research, offering a slower, more considered approach to creative work.
Format of the experience
Workshops are hosted at our Berlin atelier and typically run for 2–3 hours.
Sessions are designed for small groups to maintain a focused studio environment.
We host groups of 6 to 16 participants per session. For larger teams, workshops can be structured across a half day, a full day, or multiple sessions. The studio can be booked exclusively for your team.
Workshops start from €600 (excl. VAT)
Tea, coffee, juice and mineral water are provided.
We also have a stocked mini bar in the Atelier.
Additional Services
Snacks, drinks, and light catering can be arranged in collaboration with local partners.
