Atelier Māya is Berlin’s first sustainable block printing atelier, offering block printing workshops, natural dye classes, and immersive textile design events.
At Atelier Māya, we explore cultural storytelling through sustainable textiles, blending tradition with contemporary design.
Our in-person workshops in Berlin include:
Textile design and block printing
Natural pigment and plant-based dye techniques
Slow craft and colour theory inspired by global traditions
Our atelier will close at the beginning of December ‘25. We will be taking our yearly winter break and doing some fieldwork and research during this time.
We will relaunch our workshops and experiences in February ‘26. We look forward to offering a creative series of textile events rooted in exploration, craft, and community next year.
